Our products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase for defects in material and/or workmanship under standard and intended use.

All returns must include a copy of the original invoice assigned by Esajian Wheel. Products that have been damaged, painted, or modified in any way will not be eligible for return. Esajian Wheel is not responsible for finish problems due to negligence by customer. Wheels that have been damaged by a tire mounting machine will be refurbished at the customer’s expense. When returning items through a shipping company, include a copy of your invoice. We advise you to insure the returned product(s) for its full value to protect yourself from loss of goods.

**When returning wheels, mounted wheels are not accepted for return/repair under any circumstances. Please dismount before returning for repair.

ALL OTHER RETURNS MUST HAVE AN AUTHROIZATION TO RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
